Best practice

We strive for excellence across the business and place significant emphasis on consistently delivering a high quality of service to our clients. This is why we have best practice accreditation and compliance in place in many areas of our operation.

We have been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 which specifies the requirements for a quality management system involving all key processes in the business and establishing a system for continual improvement.

We retain PRINCE2 and ITIL accredited practitioners and as members of the Direct Marketing Association we adhere to the DMA Code of Practice. This sets standards of ethical conduct and best practice and is administered and monitored by the independent Direct Marketing Commission. Requirements of new legislation, such as the Data Protection Act 1998 are fully reflected in the Code.
